National WARN Project _______________________________
WARN stands for Water / Wastewater Agency
Response Network. The AWWA is coordinating this
nationwide program to help states better handle emergencies. MoWARN
is sponsored by the Missouri Rural Water Association (MRWA)
and membership in the project is open to all entities dealing with
water and wastewater utilities.
MoWARN Project ____________________________________
The MoWARN project is designed to allow members to borrow equipment
from other members on an as-needed basis for emergency management.
Membership in the program and a signed Agreement of Mutual Aid is
required to participate. Members may post their own equipment
available for loan or search for equipment they might need. For

How to Become a Member _______________________________________
Membership is open to water and wastewater
management utilities. To apply for membership please fill out an
Application and sign and
submit a WARN Mutual Aid Agreement. Once your
application has been processed you will be given a member login and
can access the member system to add your equipment or search for
needed equipment.
